Cancellation Policy

For on-demand/made-to-order items, gis/kimonos and belts, custom orders and academy webstore items, we do not accept changes or cancellations once an order has been put into production. Please double check your order and sizes before placing an order. Orders are usually processed and prepared for production within the same day of ordering. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will let you know if it is possible to make the requested change.
