The turnaround time for custom orders is usually anywhere from 2-4 weeks, however the production time may vary depending on the total quantity of your order as well as the total number of orders we currently have in our queue. Upcoming holidays can also affect the turnaround time as we usually receive a higher volume of orders during that time.
How many days will it take to ship?
Once your order is completed, shipping usually takes 2-5 business days for United States orders. Shipping time for international orders will vary depending on your country and customs processing.
What if I need my custom gear by a certain date?
If you have a deadline for when you will need your custom gear, please place your order well ahead of that deadline to ensure there will be enough time to produce and ship your order. If you need your custom gear in a hurry, we offer rush-order upgrades for an additional fee.
What if I only need one custom item? Or just a few?
