Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping! All orders will usually be shipped within one business day via the United States Postal Service with the exception of made-to-order kimonos and belts, custom orders and academy webstore purchases. Please allow up to four weeks for production time for made-to-order kimonos and belts, custom orders and academy webstore purchases. If your order contains a combination of in-stock items and made-to-order items, your order will not be shipped out until all of the items in your order are ready to ship. All orders will include a tracking number. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking information once your order has been shipped. However, tracking and delivery confirmation may not be available for certain countries outside the United States. Estimated delivery time will vary based on the shipping service and your location. Domestic orders are usually delivered within 2-4 business days after the ship date. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. Please contact the shipping courier regarding these types of issues. For international orders, we are not responsible for customs delays or customs fees that some countries may require.

Shipping to the United Kingdom and European Union countries has been temporarily suspended. Please check back at a later date.

 

Returns & Exchanges


To be eligible for a return or an exchange, you must request a return or exchange within 30 days after the date the order was placed. If approved, the item(s) must be sent back within one week from the date of approval. We cannot accept late returns. The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, free of any odors and in the same condition that you received it in. The item(s) must also be in the original clear plastic packaging (if applicable). Any items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and sent back to the customer. Custom, wholesale and Academy Webstore purchases are final and cannot be returned. You will be responsible for paying the shipping fee for returning your item, unless it was due to a mistake on our part. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, otherwise we cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item if tracking is not available. You may use the original packaging that the item was shipped in (make sure to remove or cover up the original label) or you may use another package of your choice. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. You may also choose to exchange your item or receive store credit for your returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Any item returned after 30 days or any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be rejected for a refund. There are certain situations where only partial refunds or store credit is granted.

A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned gis/kimonos & belts.
