We offer worldwide shipping! All orders will usually be shipped within one business day via United States Postal Service. All orders will include a tracking number. However, tracking and delivery confirmation may not be available for certain countries. Estimated delivery time will vary based on the shipping service and your location. Domestic orders are usually delivered within 2-4 business days after the ship date. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. Please contact the shipping courier regarding these types of issues. For international orders: we are not responsible for customs delays or customs fees that some countries may require.
Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, you must request a return or exchange within 30 days after the date the order was placed. The item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it in. The item must also be in the original packaging. Custom, wholesale and academy webstore orders are final and cannot be returned. You will be responsible for paying the shipping fee for returning your item, unless it was due to a mistake on our part. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You may use the original packaging that the item was shipped in (make sure to remove or cover up the original label) or you may use another package of your choice. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. You may also choose to exchange your item or receive store credit for your returned item. Any item returned after 30 days or any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be rejected for a refund. There are certain situations where only partial refunds or store credit is granted.
A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned gis/kimonos.
